Episode 02: Enforcer

When members of a notorious gang start turning up dead on the streets of Demeter City. Lieutenant Patrick Brogan (Ted Shackelford), Officers Jack Haldane (Rob Youngblood) and Jane Castle (Simone Bendix) investigate. All trails lead to a mysterious young girl and her guardian, a con man who promises to end violence on the streets of Demeter City – for a price.
